This page documents how oseight and participating clinics collect SMS consent for appointment availability alerts. This page is used as CTA proof for A2P campaign verification.

Consent Collection Flow

  1. Patient enters a mobile number during booking or intake.
  2. Patient must actively check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox.
  3. Before submitting, the patient sees full disclosure text covering message frequency, message/data rates, opt-out/help instructions, and links to Terms and Privacy Policy.
  4. The system stores consent metadata, including timestamp, source page, clinic identifier, and disclosure text version.
