Welcome to oseight. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Service Availability. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. oseight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Payment Terms. Use of paid features is subject to timely payment of all fees. Pricing and features may change with notice.
4. Data and Privacy. We respect your data and patient privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Acceptable Use. You agree to use oseight only for lawful practice management purposes, and in compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
6. SMS Messaging Terms.
   • Program name: oseight Appointment Availability Alerts.
   • Program description: if you opt in on a participating clinic form, you may receive recurring appointment-availability and appointment-update text messages sent by oseight on behalf of that clinic.
   • Message frequency: varies based on appointment activity (up to 4 messages per month).
   • Message and data rates may apply.
   • Opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
   • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact support@oseight.com.
   • Consent is not a condition of receiving care. SMS consent can be reviewed at https://oseight.com/sms-consent.

7. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or applicable laws.
8. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of oseight constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
